I can confirm this on evolution 3.18.5.2-0ubuntu3.1
My local timezone is set as UTC
Added EventA at time HH:MM with timezone America/New York (UTC -05:00)
EventA is added with time hh:mm where mm hh = HH + 05:00 instead of
-05:00
Working around this by setting incorrect event timezone on the
