while this one is about auto-**reconnection**.

Auto connect to 3G network only works after manually enabling mobile
broadband after modem inserted/bootup/resume

Regarding reconnection option, I think it is sufficient to use the
autoconnection flag on each connection. To stop the autoconnection,
disable mobile broadband.
