I found solution, i my case it was due to desktop wall plugin in CCSM. Open compizconfig settings manager (CCSM) go to desktop wall, then 3rd tab "bindings" open "edge flipping" properties and set to none what you want -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Pack
