Title:
Blinking bar in Facebook and other websites.

Status in firefox package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: firefox

I have been getting a blinking bar in Facebook and other websites. It
varies in width and seem to happen on the left side of sections on a
given web page. Clicking within it seems to stop it but at times it
will move or simply recur. It happened first in Jaunty Jackalope but
has not changed since upgrading either distro or Firefox. Right now
  I'm using Firefox 3.6.8
