https://launchpad.net/~mozillateam/+archive/ubuntu/ppa and apport can't
collect info from PPA installed applications. Looking at the PPA page it
seems that 52.9 ESR is due to be replaced by 60.2 ESR on 27th August. I
think you have two options to ensure
How collect that data with package firefox-esr installed? FF 52 ESR is
not/no longer available from Ubuntu repositories.

In order to keep the bug report current please upload updated logs by
running once in a terminal:
apport-collect 730311
And then change the status of the report from "Incomplete" back to
"New".

Still an issue with FF ESR 52.9.0 and 8GB of RAM on Ubuntu 18.04. Grows
like cancer from a few hundred MB at startup to 2GB+, gets laggy above
1.5GB, gets unusable at 2GB. Not killing the entire system anymore, but
