Bug description:
  Binary package hint: network-manager

On my Samsung X20 notebook (with Ubunut Edgy 6.10), i can't create an ad-hoc
network using the NetworkManager (0.63). And also I can't join any ad-hoc
network with the Network Manager. I've tried that with no encryption.
On the command line, those things work.

This bug is reproducible in Edgy, Feisty, and Hardy.
