I`m running LO 4.2.3.3 on Xubuntu 14.04 64 bit. If Clipman is monitoring my
clipboard, LO calc crashes when I hit Ctrl-C or Ctrl-X, or when I try to copy
or cut with mousse. If Clipman is off, no crashes occur.

I get the same problem with 11.10-64 bit when I run FreeRapid with the
clipboard monitoring turned on.
If I am running FreeRapid with clipboard monitoring ON at the same time
as LO Calc:
a Control-C or Control-X or Control-V,
OR Edit->Copy, Edit->Cut or Edit->Paste,
OR a Captcha popup will cause
Its some weird conflict between JDownloader's "watch clipboard" function
and the copy operation in LibreOffice. Having JDownloader run with the
"watch clipboard" function disabled works for me.

Simply running LibreOffice along a Java app isn't enough to crash it, as
I'm running Eclipse (definitely a Java app), and still can not reproduce

Just to add some information, this bug is not related to ubuntu (it happens
also with opensuse :-) but with Openoffice when used in conjuction with another
JAVA application running.
I've noticed that when using JDownloader this bug occurs, and not when
otherwise.

yeah, i think its not the best bug description, because the package will
have been tested prior to release not to have such big bugs. but on the
other hand, it crashes each time on my system, so its really some issue
worth reporting. I needed to install koffice to edit my spreadsheet ...

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug. I can not reproduce
this using the steps you have described on Oneiric using the same
version of Libreoffice, using en_US locale and i386 in Gnome, so it's
not a generic Libreoffice issue, but rather a KDE/x64/locale-related
bug.
