Right now I don't an LTSP environment, but when I reported this problem,
the video was working fine on a standalone installation of Ubuntu, I
don't know if the problem is still there.
Please, look for Firefox on LTSP to discard or reaffirm this bug.

Ubuntu 13.04 Raring Ringtail. Are you still having any HTML5 video
problems with Firefox 26 on a recent version of Ubuntu?

Since e.g. chromium-browser can play an .ogg on a thin client and firefox
can't, I would classify this as a firefox/pulseaudio problem.
I don't think LTSP can do anything to help in fixing this bug, so I'm marking
it invalid in LTSP.
