Please note, the reporter does not need to have any debug symbols
installed. The apport retracer is usually doing this. In this case, gdb
is simply unable to generate a good stack trace, so I'm afraid there is
not much we can do here except for hoping that the next incoming report
will have a

could also download this and try to play with it to squeeze out more
