Still present in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS Trusty Thar. It used to be
configurable IIRC. Why the regression?
Workaround:
Edit ${HOME}/.gnupg/gpg-agent.conf
Add:
default-cache-ttl 86400 # default-cache-ttl in secondes, here
representing 24 hours.
Logout for this to take effect.
