I've found I get a very similar error that causes Nautilus to crash if I
try to view a folder containing SVG images I created in Inkscape, and I
guess these are what gnome-shell is trying to create a thumbnail for.

Atm, what I see mostly happen:
I wake up from suspend-to-ram with 4 nautilus tabs open to an ssh location.
These are unresponsive, until I unmount the dead ssh connection. I try browsing

After an upgrade of Oneiric on 2011-12-21 (previous upgrade: 2011-12-05)

Fresh install of Oneiric, no mobile indicators here. Is this actually
confirmed working or was it assumed because version X was supposed to

I installed from the Firefox Help site.
When I typed About Firefox advised that a new version was available. I
downloaded the .tar.gz file, unpacked it but after extraction,the
original Ver 3 showed up. Only Peppermint upgraded to 9
