It seems that every single time I update and reboot, I have this
problem. Not funny at all!
The solution is to sudo apt-get install linux-headers-'uname -r'.

My laptop was newly installed with 13.04 amd64 ubuntu CD. It was
working. Since I like KDE I installed kubuntu-desktop and got debfoster
to help me remove the packages I no longer needed.
After this change the lightdm looked odd (and still unity-like, not
kubuntu like)
How can you not install lo-menubar?
Also there never was internal unity integration on 12.04 in any
officially released package, there _only_ was lo-menubar.

Links to external files (csv) cannot be modified using the regular Edit

Reproduced in ubuntu 12.10 and 13.04 with libreoffice versions 3.6.2 and
4.0.4 on 64-bit machines.
Steps to reproduce the bug:
1) open a new calc document
2) Insert a new sheet
This is blocked because tracker is not in main. Previously, the Ubuntu
Desktop team was reluctant to enable tracker for the default Unity
desktop.

PPA, like nautilus-with-tracker or nautilus-gnome or something?

The internal unity integration cant reliably work with pre-raring Ubuntu
(that it worked somewhat was just luck). For backports to pre-raring,
the conflicts with lo-menubar
