I also confirm this on ubuntu 14.10/unity and latest nvidia 346.35
drivers(2x GTX 970). I experience massive artifacts when option SLI is
on or afr/sfr.

Does the control window becomes unresponsive?
From the logs all I notice is that the capture ring buffer gets full,
this usually means frames are not being encoded fast enough. Guvcview
tries to compensate for this, by reducing the frame rate.

I understand now. In this case, if über is searched, the reasonable easy
solution is to match uber.

I'm trying to add some info using python-apport.
That vivid system has 2 installed browsers:
- chromium which is set as the default one,
- and firefox which refuse to connect to ubuntuone account (page too old error)
So 'sudo apport-collect' should detect the 'chromium'
Fixed in Vivid (3.14) at least.
