That UI is a three step thing. From the first view you should click
"More..." (three vertically aligned dots), in the second view you should
scroll to the bottom and there click "Other". Then you ought to see a
very long list, including the one I mentioned.

I've discovered the source of the problem. Both user accounts on the
system had hardware acceleration enabled in Firefox. Apparently, only
one session can utilize the GPU/hw acceleration at a time, and so when
switching between accounts, the firefox process gets suspended in some

What is expected to happen: upgrade packages
I think none of the Gen 7 Legions have support.
Basically, all Lenovo needs to do is add some info to the ACPI _DSD
tables which will allow the cs35l41 drivers to know how to configure the
amp chips in our laptops. Lenovo so far has been unwilling to do this.
Maybe the AMD based Gen 7 does,
Found this thread after hours of trying to fix the audio on my Legion 7
Slim, Gen 7 as well most other things work OOTB, but audio isn't
working.
