my output with 'dkms status' shows that NVIDIA is properly installed:

My application subclasses Gtk::Application, and my constructor calls
Glib::set_application_name ( Test App Menu ). I expected the app menu
to be titled Test App Menu, which is what happens when using the Gnome
desktop.
I have the same issue.

- Example device that does not work: Samsung Galaxy S2, Android 2.3.6
Environment: Device was connected to USB Hub and then to Ubuntu machine.
I observed that:
- Device icon is visible on Ubuntu desktop.
But when I click that then I cannot go
Same problem exists on Kubuntu 14.04 with gtk2-engines-oxygen
1.4.5-0ubuntu1.
Start Eclipse, go to Window - Preferences - General - Appearance and
Eclipse crashes with the same error message.

One final thing: the display that is on is consistent. When I logged out
of my normal window manager (awesome) and switched to Unity, the yellow
monitor turned on and the green one turned off. Even after logging back
into awesome, this state persisted.

Apologies for the spam, but I just fixed it. Turns out my video adapter
was only set to 256MB. Changing it to 512MB in the BIOS has all three
monitors working consistently \o/.

configure which font is used for printing.
When you click on a font button to open the font selector dialog, and
