Hello Doug, or anyone else affected,
Accepted mesa into trusty-proposed. The package will build now and be
available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mesa/10.1.3-0ubuntu0.4
in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
Please help us by testing this new package. See

The version of apport in Ubuntu 14.04 is missing a few changes that
would allow users to install apport-noui and allow crash reports to be
submitted automatically from systems with it installed. The changes are
the following:

@Aron: The bug description may not be crystal clear, neither in this bug
report nor the upstream ditto, but I for one can reproduce the problem.
ibus-hangul simply does not work in Utopic and Vivid. Using 14.10 I can
make it work by downgading to ibus-hangul 1.4.2-3 (the trusty version).

Tested with -proposed enabled a number of apt-get sims, all looked good.

So will mark verification-done dupe related bugs that will be fixed.
There still are a few cases open, one is obscure enough not to warrant a

Uninstalling the tlp package resolved this issue for me (Ubuntu 14.04).
Disabling laptop_mode also seemed to help:
echo 0 /proc/sys/vm/laptop_mode

Hi,
I had same issue as described above. I'm happy to report that my problem has
been fixed by applying following update per
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=80568#c99 on the latest kernel
release. YMMV.
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:xorg-edgers/ppa
sudo apt-get update
