I can confirm this under Gnome as well. Starting a Wayland session, all
works fine. Logging in under Xorg results in this graphical issue for
both Firefox and Chromium.
Same GPU as the initial reporter, however I am on 22.04 and kernel
5.15.0 (stock HWE).

I have the same issue as Samuel.
I can connect to the hotspot just fine, but the connected devices don't have
access to internet.
Strangely enough I did find one workaround that fixes the problem for me

It seems to be solved with Ubuntu version
1:7.5.1~rc1-0ubuntu0.22.10.1~lo5 (Kinetic) installed from “LibreOffice
Pre-Releases” PPA.
But I cannot understand why same versions downloaded from Ubuntu PPA's
and form the Document Foundation site may have a different behaviour for
PDF export.
