I'm not sure how X orders the CRTCs, but theoretically that's just the CRTC mask (i.e. which CRTCs can drive that connector). The order they're printed in shouldn't matter... If moving the actual CRTC made a difference, that would make more sense, but that doesn't seem to be the case here. --
