Thanks for you feedback. I guess, I could get it up to once a week
(using an overful btrfs root system on which the btrfs command cause a
very high load) ;) . I'll figure out `strace` and try to share results.

`shutdown -h 0` without `remmina` hanging, the first time after 10

This can only be undone by minimizing and maximizing an application
window. The brightness controls on the keyboard are ignored so far that
the unity popup with a growing bar for brightness shows up (like when I
increase the sound volume), but nothing happens with the
