I don't get it , how it works...
I got your patched kernel and ran the sudo apt-get [...]
Then, i really don't know what to do , what part of the tutorial I have to do

I don't understand where to move the cloned folder from your repo , or what
command i should type then. The tutorial you linked says :
fakeroot debian/rules clean
but there is no such folder
