Where do you find that pcscd manpage indicates it is started at boot?

I just made a fresh install of Ubuntu 22.04.
For an unknown reason pcscd.socket is DISABLED.
$ systemctl status pcscd.socket
○ pcscd.socket - PC/SC Smart Card Daemon Activation Socket
Loaded: loaded (/lib/systemd/system/pcscd.socket; disabled; vendor preset:
enabled)
Active: inactive

pcscd 1.9.5-3 do not start automatically, only
Seth, pcscd.socket is already enabled. You should not have to run "sudo
systemctl enable pcscd.socket" again.
In your output I see that pcscd is already running.
I would like to get the results of the following commands when you *have* the
problem and before you try to fix it.
