After updated to Firefox via apt-get all the menus is in English.
apt-get install firefox-locale-ca just gives the output firefox-locale-ca is
already installed on this system. In Firefox, under Tools Add-ons

Reinstalling AppArmor, executing dpkg --configure -a, purge cups and
