I fixed it. After installing Ubuntu, I copied data from another partition with
`sudo cp -R...`.
Using `sudo chmod a+wrx -R /home/...` didn'r work.
Using `sudo chown ... -R /home/...` worked.

If I start Firefox with AMD GPU and force-enabling hardware acceleration, I get
scrolling delay (Page updates, after few seconds from scrolling with the
touchpad).
It only happens with AMD's GPU.

After installing Kubuntu 19.04, I found that vertical sensitivity is much
higher than horizontal sensitivity.
Installing xserver-xorg-input-synaptics improved the situation a bit and
enabled KDE touchpad setting that were disabled.
It's very annoying.
