x-gvfs-show option doesn't
worked for me, ubuntu 14.04 amd64
didn't noticed that package to upgrade is network-manager-gnome, wheras source
package is network-manager-applet ... a little bit confusing.

when the computer stays locked for a long time (let's say, the whole night), a
taskbar appears on top of the lock screen.
when unlocked, it seems that there is 2 taskbars (with little margin
differences, see attached screencast).

just activate second display in gnome tweak, let it lock itself
the fan is going fast, simply moving the mouse and the fan slow down.
