I am experiencing a rendering regression after upgrading from Kinetic to Lunar.
Google Docs using the Ubuntu font family are displayed incorrectly in Chromium:
the normal weight font is rendered identically to the bold weight one, instead
of being thicker than light and thin
Problem is that there are so far no plans to release it for 22.10.
It seems 23.04 will indeed have to 43.2

I have just updated from 22.04 to 22.10 and the Citrix Workspace app is
now unable to work full screen properly.
This happens only on 22.10+Wayland with Citrix 2209 and 2207.

udev rule to suspend the laptop before UPower shuts it down. This can be
done by creating a file /etc/udev/rules.d/99-lowbat.rules with the

I disagree with #21. Ubuntu should disable WAYLAND for thunderbird until
it is ready to be used.
The problem has existed for a log time and nobody seems to "own" it

The first issues it that gedit should use gvfs to store file metadata.
Since the port of gedit to meson this feature has been lost. I've
proposed a fix upstream here:

I proposed a fix upstream [1]. A workaround can be added to apport to
workaroud this while polkit is fixed upstream: we could for example
spawn pkttyagent manually (a similar approach is used by systemd).

shows up when clicking on a text entry and the osk is enabled from the
