I've encountered the same problem. I received message for 'sgml-base'
and 'linux-image-5.0.0-13-generic':

I never encountered it with 12.10 so I'm frustrated/disappointed that

driving me mental ever since 12.04. It should really be a more user
friendly/visible option though.
