I booted last nights Ubuntu-GNOME 15.04 cdimage, and the titlebar problem is not present there. I tried the updated mesa from xorg-edgers. That might be true, as I just downgraded to xf86-video-intel version 2.99.910-0ubuntu1.3 (i.e. the version from 14.04) and I still get the titlebar problem. Managed to capture a screenshot with sleep 10 import -window root.
