I face this exact same issue on Ubuntu 15.10 The exact error I get is: - Error initializing editor settings/nm-settings-connection.c.955 - Connection didn't have requested setting 'ppp'. - This happens when we click on Network icon > Edit Connections > Select Mobile Broadband Connection
