Similar problem is still there with Ubuntu 12.04 : alt-tab shows the opened libreoffice window, but selecting it does not raise it. Clicking on the corresponding launcher icon also does not raise libreoffice window. The only way to get it raised is to use Super+w. I fixed it, thanks to Stefan,
