Cannot replicate in Quantal live CD. Haven't tried a full install. So, I guess it's a regression until proven otherwise. Btw, to trigger this bug, you don't even need an actual network. You can try connecting to a nonexistant hidden network (preferably PEAP) as long as the criteria are met and
