[Desktop-packages] [Bug 1729910] [NEW] lp ignores ~/.cups/lpoptions in 17.10

2017-11-03 Thread Gabriel Ramirez
Public bug reported:

LP ignores the settings defined in ~/cups/lpoptions in artful

Steps to reproduce:

1) Define a default print in lpoptions that differs from one in
/etc/cups/printers.conf
2) Execute lpstat -d
3) Above will output default defined in prints.conf instead of ~/cups/lpoptions

** Affects: cups (Ubuntu)
 Importance: Undecided
 Status: New

[Desktop-packages] [Bug 667798] Re: Cannot get about:mozilla easter egg

2017-07-12 Thread Gabriel Ramirez
Hi ss900. Thank you for reporting this bug to Ubuntu. Unfortunately firefox
3.6 packaged by Ubuntu 10.10 has reached end of life.
See this document for currently supported Ubuntu releases:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases

I've tried recreating this bug with your release and was unable to,
given the information you've provided. I highly suggest upgrading to the
latest release to retest. If the bug is still reproducible, please
increase the verbosity of the steps to recreate in case we missed
something on our end. Note, if you still can reproduce this I did find
this may potentially be caused by certain addons:

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/923073 so I would recommend
disabling those if possible.

Do feel free to report any other bugs you may find.

Regards,
Gabe
