[Desktop-packages] [Bug 326582] Re: sort order of files listings in nautilus is not alphabetical
Talk about zombies! This report is so old I couldn't even realize I was the one who created it in the first place, until I read that information above the comments. I've now took the time to read all the comments again. @Chris Billington: I really don't know what kind of drugs I was on when I wrote my comments here, but now I wish I never wrote most of that shit. Sebastien was absolutely right, this is not the place to discuss such feature requests. At that time I used to use Ubuntu, and I recall I was quite fed up with Gnome user experience. I can only guess I used the wrong tool to let off steam. Ubuntu provided me with the right tool shortly after when it switched to Unity, which led me to switch back to Debian... -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to nautilus in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/326582 Title: sort order of files listings in nautilus is not alphabetical Status in nautilus package in Ubuntu: Invalid Bug description: Binary package hint: nautilus I'd like to have an option to see the files and directories in alphabetical order in nautilus. I faced this problem using Ubuntu 12.10 but there are users of Ubuntu 13.04 with the same problem. e.g. http://askubuntu.com/q/314710/62483 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to lightdm in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1000775 Title: [12.04] [ Precise] .xsession-errors getting spammed filling up the disk. [Desktop-packages] [Bug 1004276] Re: The properties window expands extremely
** Description changed: - I opened the propierties of a image faile and Description of the file - was too long and the window is expanded to display the information - instead of inserting end of files. + When I open the properties of an image file, there are times when the + size of this window was so long that this goes out of display range. + This event is due to an issue on the IMAGE label, this one has a lot of + information, such as size, camera model, etc. One of this information is + Description and when Description length is too long the window is + adapted instead of inserting EOF (End Of Line). I actually cannot figure out where is the ambiguity. The database to work on has to be provided in an attached worksheet as I did with Prova1.ods. I can confirm that the bug is still present in LibreOffice 3.5.4.2 under Ubuntu 10.04 AMD64. The function results in the Err:504 error.
