This is not a problem in "appstream", it's usually a package manager issue,
e.g. if there was a power outage during upgrades or install/remove steps. In
this case, it just randomly hit the appstream package.

The error occurs sometimes very often (e.g. 10 times/minute) or seldom
(only one per day).

tiff 4.1.0+git201212-1 enabled deflate support, adding libdeflate0 as a
dependency to libtiff5, making the package uninstallable.
Therefor I uploaded 4.1.0+git201212-1ubuntu1 disabling the deflate
support to make libtiff5 installable again.
