[Desktop-packages] [Bug 732450] Re: Both foo2zjs and HPLIP upload firmware to HP LaserJet 10xx concurrently, messing up the printer
This issue appeared again in 14.04. I had to remove printer-driver- foo2zjs package to make my printer (LaserJet 1020) working with hplip. [Desktop-packages] [Bug 1070677] Re: Xorg fails to start because of Radeon Issue [(EE) RADEON(0): [drm] failed to set drm interface version]
I have to correct myself. It doesn't matter if I have xserver-common and xserver-xorg-core version 2:1.11.4-0ubuntu10.12 or 2:1.11.4-0ubuntu10.6. In both cases xorg may or may not start. Now the situation is worse, xserver-common and xserver-xorg-core have been upgraded to 2:1.11.4-0ubuntu10.12 This broke again my graphical environment and dropped me to console mode.
