Hi, I'm on Cinnamon Mint 19.0 / 19.1 and have the same problem: After starting GParted once, the partition info for GNOME Disks (extended partition only) is permanently lost, even without any action in GParted. The corruption shows the extended partition empty, but it is not. Also see
