After removing xserver-xorg-input-libinput third input device appears, a
'PS/2 Generic Mouse' and both mice become evdev devices so it doesn't
look like a libinput problem.

Address bar looses focus after hint pop-up disap
It's not needed for everyone, just for laptops with hybrid nvidia
graphics. With current behavior some perfectly reasonable user actions
render system unusable without CLI knowledge. IMO it's exactly driver
managers' problem and it should not just install a package but make sure
drivers are correct
/etc/systemd/system/display-manager.service.wants/nvidia-prime-
boot.service was just a symlink to /lib/systemd/system/nvidia-prime-
boot.service and it's gone in the latest nvidia-prime package version,
0.8.8.1 that is in bionic-proposed.

responsible for these NVidia drivers deserved it. So, +1. Issue is not
fixed. Blank screen on upgrade from 16.04.
