Thx @ckrainey Maybe the problem is attached to media-keys plugin of gsd: settings - devices - keyboard - launchers - launch calculator --> (in this case) falsely using command 'org.gnome.Calculator.desktop' or 'gnome-calculator.desktop' Using a custom shortcut with command 'gnome-calculator'
