I ran into the same issue. It's a misconfiguration in the systemd/udev hardware database (bug: https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/17953) that has been fixed upstream (https://github.com/systemd/systemd/commit/2d8840eb6632a43956b73a1042e8b8244623494a) by just removing the entry and deferring
