Ah, sorry, didn't see the Ubuntu version. My bad. I think your problem is the dpi under the Bitmap Size. I was able to get a close pixel size match with a value of 90. == To see what I mean by pixel size size match, change the units from cm to px. Thank you for the bug report. Could you please reproduce this and attach a screenshot of the full export window. Other fields are important in the image size, mainly the dpi. Also, what version of Inkscape are you using? When I try it I get the export always in cm, never in mm.
