I tried with fonts-noto-color-emoji 0~20180810-0ubuntu1 from bionic- proposed and the new emojis are rendered correctly in the webbrowser and in a terminal and aren't with previous version of the font installed. Marking as verification-done. ** Tags removed: verification-needed
