Public bug reported:

Either in Draw or Writer application, the squared form for "Process"
under Flow chart category that is a subset of figures of the drawing
toolbar, that squared form does not allow text to be typed in if the
area value is changed from color to "none" or transparent so there is no
way you can put text with a transparent background using this squared
form uf flowcharting. I have not tested the other forms.
