Seahorse can't
installing the new seahorse package + reboot + unlocking keyring gives the
ability to change keyring password.
At next reboot, no prompt for unlocking keyring anymore.
Everything is ok for me

The new interface was introduced in
9b12bfdd245867f928651bc5414cba67a3f84169, but it doesn't revert -- not
even close. I think going back to 3.4.1 makes the most sense at this
point, since it doesn't look like bug #1008840 is getting addressed for
quantal.

on every login since upgrading from 12.04 to 12.10 , I now have to enter
my login password again after logging in to open the keyring. (Trying to
change the password causes this bug report error.)
