I tested the proposed Nautilus package on the following:
Dell Inspiron 5521 with an Elan touchscreen.
12.04.2 64-bit
Before the nautilus fix, the double-tapping on folders didn't work.
After apply the nautilus update in proposed, I can now double-tap to
drill down into folders and launch files,

to wontfix, we don't intend to spend lot of times on SRUs for it at this
point since we are getting close from raring and quantal is not a LTS

For me on the nexus 7, double-tap doesn't work even in mouse settings.
When I try 'Test Your Settings' it only ever detects a single click for
a double-tap, even if I set the double-click speed to the slowest
possible (or the fastest possible).
