Fabio, unless there where some trace of the actual file name processed during
the crash, I really can not tell.
The directory path opened in Nautilus was:
/home/lea/Téléchargements/
There are loads of files I deposit here, as it is the default save
location for my browsers.

Can you please be more descriptive, actually I cannot reproduce this issue to
eventually send it upstream to the developers.
Provide if possible a description step by step
