Title:
13.04: cannot remove google account from ubuntu task bar (Email)

Status in webapps-applications package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
At the top of my screen is an envelope icon. When I click on it, it
shows lots of information about my gmail account, and it becomes blue
  when there's new mail.

If I visit "online-accounts" under system settings, I find no accounts
  listed at all.

There is no apparent way to revoke Ubuntu's permission to access my
  gmail account.

The obviously-enabled access is not properly reflected in the online-
  accounts dialogue.
