Unfortunately it has gone when I Dist-Upgraded to 13.04 . But, if it is not too dificult, and if you tell me how, I could re- install it... Anyway, I lost the high resolution at the last kernel update, so until the penultimate was ok  (if I'm not mistaken). Thanks Marcos

It's a badly (malconformant) constructed EDID. It doesn't list a preferred mode, so it is assumed to be the first in its list of detailed modes -- 1024x768. Just select 1280x1024 from display settings and it will remember it henceforth. ** Changed in: xserver-xorg-video-intel (Ubuntu)
