Public bug reported:

I can type 'killall pulseaudio' to get the sound back. I can afterwards type 
'pulseaudio --start' and the sound stays running.
This is largely a fresh install so I believe it to be a bug but their were no 
other reports matching my summary.

Expectation: I expected my computer to play music and make sound not to
mention have audio in the movie player..
