My problem: Go to System settings->Universal Access. I can
enable/disable zoom with Alt+Super+8, but pressing Alt+Super+=/- doesn't
do anything.

Similar to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-control-
center/+bug/945813 , but it seems I can't change its state.

That says: This bug was fixed in the package gnome-control-center -
