I want to note that update to the latest alsa-driver have fixed all my problems. Now sound is good in all scale 0-100%, and scale is proportionally - on 10% I have very quiet sound, and on 100% I have 100% loud volume that is not distorted (0dB gain on master and PCM) Thank you @Raymond for your
