This is a bug, and also a fix.
The Wi-fi LED doesn't light in any circumstance, but this is not a problem, 
since the LED only lights in Windows 8 after installing the requiered drivers.
In Windows 8 the Wi-Fi Fn key works by switching airplane mode ON/OFF and it 
works right after first boot (but no LED).
In my case it doesn't work by default at all (even the code is not caught by 
any programs like easystroke, etc).
